Ministry of defence officers ball 2011
near Aylesbury
This 9M wide by 42M long marquee was erected at an MOD site to provide shelter for 400 British military officers for their summer ball. The long, thin design of this marquee provided exceptional views of the entertainment which was positioned on the grass area in front of the marquee.
Incase of bad weather, window walls were installed along the entire length of the marquee to allow the entertainment to be seen without letting the elements in!
For the high heeled wearers on the guest list, a wooden floor was installed throughout.
